Role: Desktop Support Engineer(French)
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
Duration: 6 months (extendable- Long term)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Providing customer break fix support during office hours.
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
Communicating clearly in written and verbal form (French and English mandatory)
Possess excellent customer service skills
Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Backup tape replacement
Executive support
Handling procurements
Act as spoke for remote support teams (Network, Datacenter etc)
Responsibility for the patch panel and the network plugs.
Support implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects)
