Desktop Support Engineer, Contract, Denmark.
Our client is looking for a desktop Support Engineer for a new 12 month contract based on Soborg (Copenhagen).
The role will be working within the support team to ensure the day to day IT functions for the user base is working correctly.
Key skills:
- Good expertise in supporting Microsoft desktop platforms
- Excellent support awareness of Desktop, Laptop and Peripheral devices
- Good understanding of office products, such as Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of Network Topologies - Ethernet, TCP/IP
- Good understanding of Smart-Device technology - iPad, Android, Blackberry etc.
- Strong IT Support background
- Both English and Danish speaking.
