Desktop Support Engineer (Bilingual) Job

PC/DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER (BILINGUAL IN SPANISH) is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SAN DIEGO, CA

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Provide expert support for hardware/software for Legacy laptops and desktop products

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide support for existing hardware and software: Laptops, desktops, Windows/Linux
- Provide support for migration to Windows 10

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three to five (3-5+) years PC/Desktop Support
- Bilingual: Spanish/English
- Able to adapt for fast-pace and changing environments
- Proficient with network,/wireless systems, security/Firewalls, upgrades, deployments, migrations, troubleshooting, breakfix, bugfix, etc.
- Able to communicate and articulate point-of-view effectively between cross-functional teams

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
