Desktop Support Engineer-Contract-350/day-London

My Client, a Top Tier bank is on the search for a Windows Desktop Engineer for the workplace services base Client team, you will working with a team based in London and frankfurt, responsible for 3rd/4th support calls. working with vendors such as Microsoft on support issues. there will also be significant project work involved in the delivery of Windows7 and office 2010.

you will have to deliver and document solutions for use within the team, and work with the provider to deliver solutions with the current Windows XP environment.

the Essential skills needed to progress will be:
1 Windows 7 Desktop Engineering Team Experience
2 Windows 7 in-Depth knowledge
3 Scripting
4 OS Deployment
5 Excellent documentation skills

C# and German speaking wiould be ideal but not essential.
