Desktop Support Engineer - 2nd Line - Brussels - 12 Month Contract

My global client based in Brussels have a requirement for a Desktop Support Engineer on a 12 Month Rolling Contract. This piece of work is expected to last for 3 years and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their skills or gain some stability in their career. Interviews will be taking place immediately. We would be prepared to wait a further week for an exceptional candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a desktop support, 2nd line infrastructure background or someone wanting to move up from the service desk into a technical hands-on role.

REQUIRED SKILLS: - - Fluent French and English
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong technical knowledge
- Good to have - good knowledge of Lotus Notes
- Good technical knowledge in supporting desktop & laptop
- Strong technical knowledge of overall technical components including PCs & laptops, Outlook, Office, Windows 7,8,10, Networks, including Blackberry, Polycom, Skype for Business etc.
- Basic Skills in network technologies (eg IP, IPX, Network Printing, Internet access).
- Servers (Windows 2008, 2012 server)
- Strong interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to effectively manage their day to day workload Ability to multi task & prioritise.
