Desktop Support Engineer

JOB TITLE: DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

LOCATION: ZURICH, SWITZERLAND

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: CONTRACT

DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

Focusing on the desktop support of 150 users based in the Zurich office

6 Month contract

Working as part of a team of 6 responsible for providing internal IT services for EMEA & APAC region.

English & German, strong written and spoken

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong knowledge of Windows 7, 8.1, 10
- Strong knowledge of Office 2010 and greater
- Outlook client support
- Specifically in an Exchange Server environment
- Lync/Skype for Business client support
- Ability to support mobile devices in a MS messaging world
- Strong network troubleshooting skills from the client perspective
- Customer facing, friendly and accommodating
- Knowledge and support experience of Mac client
- Working with Office 365 in a hybrid environment
- Windows Server version 2008 R2 and greater
- Microsoft Active Directory Services knowledge and understanding
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server version 2010 and greater
