Desktop Support Engineer - 12 month contract, initially - 190-210 Euros per day - Charleroi
ECS Group are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join one of our well established clients who support a wide range of organisations across UK&I and Europe. Based on a single site, your duties will include specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals along with accurately testing, identifying, repairing, resolving, and documenting end user technical issues regarding/desktop support, printers, PDAs, BlackBerrys, and LAN cable drops.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in user IT infrastructure - Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc and strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems. Administration experience of MS Active Directory is also beneficial along with additional language skills (English and local language).
