Desktop Support Engineer - Our client base Schaffhausen/Thayngen in Switzerland are looking to add additional capacity to their Desktop Support team.
Candidates will need to be fluent in both GermanOnsite incident management, Dell Desktops and Laptops support and Break Fix, 2nd Line support on software issues (MS Windows 7 & 10, Apple OS, Android, COTS, MS Office 365, VPN and some AD administration) installations, moves & changes, new desktopVor-Ort-Incident Management, Dell Desktops und Laptops Unterstützung und die Break Fix, 2nd Line Support auf Softwareprobleme (MS Windows 7 & 10, Apple OS, Android, COTS, MS Office 365, VPN und einige AD Administration) Installationen, bewegt und Änderungen, neue Desktop- und Notebooks installiert und Software-Setups und einige VIP-Support.
