Skills
- Relevant experience Enterprise desktop support more than 500 devices (2-5 Years)
- Hands and feet support for network and datacenter and Telecom.
- Basic to Intermediate Experience in supporting MAC-L
- Strong Microsoft Operating System installation (Win XP/Win 7Win 8.1/MAC) and troubleshooting skills
- Strong Experience in Providing Hands & feet Support for Network and Datacentre Equipment's/Device
- Good knowledge of MAC OS, IPAD and Android devices
