One of my global client is looking for Desktop Support Engineers for contract in Austria, right candidate must have

They would work as dispatch engineers on multiple clients (of which around 50% on the same client).

* Solely responsible Desk Side Support
* Installation, network setup and service for standard client environment
* Organization, or self-execution of repairs on desktops, notebooks, Smart Hands on the server and Network Devices
* Supervision, instruction and training of the users
* Support IMAC (install, move, add, and change of hardware and software components)
* Documentation creation and update
* Administration of the service orders in its own ticketing system
* Compliance with the given service parameters
* Reporting

Requirements:

* Good knowledge of MS operating systems (Windows XP, WIN7) and MS Office 2007/2010 applications and Outlook
* Basic knowledge in the areas of network
* Hardware knowledge in the areas of desktop, notebook and peripherals are desired.
* Soft skills such as resilience, friendliness, experience in service and team skills are a prerequisite
* English, spoken and written
* Driving license
