RESPONSIBILITY

- Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing company and multi-vendor systems which include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems at our customer location in the area of Blois
- Installs and optimizes HW/SW/Networking product and configurations at customer sites
- May diagnose and resolve product performance problems
- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance
- Maintains a functional understanding of company service solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS

- IT Degree/experience
- Previous experience (at least 2 years ) in end-user support
- Previous experience (at least 2 years ) in Software/Hardware support
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Knowledge in networks
- Fluent French, good English
- Excellent communication, people and interactive skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize requests and to work under pressure
- Experience handling multiple requests and queries at the same time
