For this position, with a world-renowned computer manufacturing company, you will be troubleshooting everything from level (application level issues, connectivity/networking, hardware and software issues, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years desktop support experience supporting both hardware and software
- Must have experience supporting IBM as well as other platforms (Dell, HP, Compaq, etc.)
- Experience supporting laptops as well as desktops
- Certifications: A+ or Microsoft certs are a plus
- Remote access experience
- Need to have experience resolving VPN/Dial-up issues
- Must be familiar with Windows Registry Files
- Data backup experience
- Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check, drug screen
- Capable of lifting 70 lbs.
