Projektbeschreibung

For this position, with a world-renowned computer manufacturing company, you will be performing a wide variety of desktop support activities. Your responsibilities will include analysis of desktops, hardware, software, and operating systems; hardware and software installations; user administration; troubleshooting; documentation; and application configuration.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-3 years desktop support/help desk experience
- A+ certification preferred
- Ability to run general diagnostics on the computer and diagnose software/hardware compatibility problems
- Ability to take apart computer and rebuild
- Experience to install/uninstall/configure programs in Windows
- Experience performing software upgrades
- Putting build on system
- Provide support after new systems are rolled out (primarily software, not much hardware)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask with no loss of performance
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suites
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Must be able to work regular hours, 8am - 5pm shift Monday- Friday
- Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check, drug screen
- Capable of lifting 70lbs.
