Desktop Support Engineer

Urgent role for a Desktop Support Engineer to work for my client based in Chesterfield.

You will be responsible for:
Deploying and maintaining classroom/office hardware and software and helping customers get the most from it.
Ensuring progress is recorded accurately and customers are kept updated, resolving queries or escalating when required.
Giving excellent service in all interactions with customers.
Explaining IT problems and solutions to the customer in a way that is appropriate to their level of technical understanding and knowledge.

We are looking for candidates that have the following experience:
Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support
Troubleshooting
Installing software
Audio Visual

An all round experienced Hardware / Software Engineer.
