Major Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to input help desk tickets, provide assistance over the phone, desktop support, windows xp support, AD moves and changes.
Responsibilities:
- Level 1 desktop support answering the support phone, inputting help desk tickets.
- Providing base assistance that can occur over the phone. No desk side visits.
- Windows XP at the desktop, Windows 2003 AD for password reset, creation, etc.
9am -1pm M-F
6 month contract
