Desktop Support - End User Support SC Cleared required for a major client based in Brussels.

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support - End User Support with experience of Windows troubleshooting, Office 2010 and Skype.

Candidates will ideally hold current SC Level Clearance (or eligibility to undergo).

We are looking for someone who has a good general skill level and the ability to learn coupled with a pro-active attitude to support the following:

Windows troubleshooting:

File/drive/printer mappingLogon experience issuesGroup policy application/troubleshootingOffice 2010 or newer suite experience

Skype/Lync

Experience troubleshooting PKI certificates

Polycom phone system

McAfee end point security suite

Citrix

Dell hardware (laptops, desktops, thin clients)

Active Directory

Exchange
