Desktop Support and Training Analyst

Exciting contract opportunity for a Desktop Support and Training Analyst based in Cork.

Working in a dynamic team environment, reporting to an IT Manager, the successful candidate will provide desktop support and deliver training to end users.

The job:

* Provide desktop, application and hardware support
* Provide training to new and existing employees
* Work as part of a team to evaluate possible hardware and software upgrades to improve efficiency

Have you:

* Experience giving training and presentations
* Experience with linux, unix and MAC OS
* Strong troubleshooting ability
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* A keen interest in technology
* Server administration and Avaya support an advantage

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a 12 month contract position in Cork.
