DESKTOP SUPPORT - WINDOWS - VPN - TROUBLESHOOTING - LAN - LAPTOP SUPPORT

*max salary €38,000 p/a - FTC for 12 months paid pro-rata

*Dutch and English essential

Our client is a leading IT outsourcing company currently looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to work in The Netherlands.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Provide specialized hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution for customer's end users (specialized Office Support/VPN)
- Inventory Management for All Devices Phones/Desktop/Laptop/Servers/Switches/Routers/Peripherals/etc for sites
- Provide support to Desktop hardware software and applications as assigned by Service Desk - Timely closure of incidents. Quality of resolution notes.
- Perform Network Cabling changes if required.
- Troubleshoot LAN Problem

Key skills required:

- Windows Operating systems
- Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98
- Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003
- RDP, MS-RemoteAccess
- MS Office Suite: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook/Exchange
- VPN and remote dial-in users
- Support for laptop, desktops, and printers
- Hardware maintenance of desktops, notebooks and Matrix printers and inkjet
