Desktop Support Analyst - PA

Our client in Center City, Philadelphia is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst for a 4 month contract role. They are in the midst of a rapid expansion and have a need for someone that can work both desk-side and via phone to handle end-user issues of all sorts. They will need a good general understanding of network issues and Active Directory in order to escalate issues to the proper people.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 - 5 years of PC/LAN technical experience
- General knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, especially Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
- Good general networking experience and knowledge.
- Mobile Device Support Experience
- Printer support experience is important
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
