Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Desktop application release planning, including negotiation of release contents with impacted stakeholders.
- Provide high level technical advice and support to groups.
- Continuously review systems, processes and tools to make quality improvements as required.
- To build, deploy and Support Desktop Computers, including technology upgrades.
- To support Microsoft Office Applications.
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to internal and external applications.
- Create and administer User, Group and Computer accounts in Active Directory.
Key Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years experience in IT Services disciplines.
- This challenging position will see you supporting the local desktop environment, delivering both reactive and proactive IT support services, work requests and project on the desktop environment.
- To be considered for this exciting role you will be an experienced IT support professional with exceptional communication and face2face problem resolution skills.
- You will have experience supporting modern desktop technologies including the Microsoft Product Suite (ideally Microsoft Certified) up to Windows 7 and Office 2010, Active Directory/Exchange administration, mobile device/periphery support.
