Desktop Support Analyst

Our client in Plainsboro, NJ is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. This is starting out as a 12+ month contract with extensions possible, pending performance and budget. This is responsible for both phone and desk-side support, and is with a rapidly growing organization where many more opportunities can develop.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Serve as the point of contact for technical issues.
- Respond to all incidents in a timely, courteous manner.
- Provide both phone and desk-side support
- Troubleshoot client issues (with technical issues, basic network connectivity, hardware/software troubleshooting, and equipment diagnosis) and perform minor upgrades as needed.
- Support local and remote users over via phone, in person, remote access, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service/technical support environment
- Experience to the following:
- PC Hardware
- Windows OS
- Citrix environments
