Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician for our client in Wayne, PA. They will be a part of the team that supports the VIPs for the company, and work with laptops, desktops and mobile devices. Support may be face to face or remote, and this role will involve some project work as well. This role will offer a good level of autonomy, and the chance to learn more about the overall operations of a desktop support group.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

3+ years of desktop support experience with a focus on MS technologies

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and excellent personal presentation

Experience with Windows 7 32 Bit, and Internet Explorer 9

Experience supporting MS Outlook, and working with the Exchange Servers

Experience using Active Directory to ensure proper access and availability to team members

Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, Blackberry and Android phones and tablets) is essential.

Any experience with imaging, specifically using Ghost is important as well

Some basic networking and server skills

Accountability and a self starter

BONUS SKILLS:

Experience supporting Mac desktops/laptops is a big plus

Specific project work is a plus (anything outside of general support)

Hours are 8:30AM-5:30PM M-F with rotating "on call" once a month until 10p.
