JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Proven 1st/2nd line support technical knowledge working within a Windows Environment
- Troubleshooting/repairing desktop PC and laptops
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008
- Microsoft Windows 7 Client Desktop
- Active Directory administration
- Printer, queue management and troubleshooting
- Experience of working in a Service Delivery environment
- Proven experience of working in accordance with SLA's
- Knowledge of the ITIL environment and process
- Ability to problem solve complex technical issues
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn is essential
