My client is a world leading Financial Institute with their regional offices based in Dublin central.
They are currently looking to speak with experience Desktop Support Engineers to join them in a contract base and provide support in their regional offices.
The primary responsibilities of the Desktop Engineer will be to provide end user support on Windows OS, VPN issues and on mobile devices. In addition to this you will provide printer maintenance, assist in DR and manage helpdesk tickets to completion. The position will also get involved in Infrastructure projects and provide remote support when required.
The successful candidate will be an strong Desktop Support Engineer with experience in a Windows environment. You will be exceptional at solving end user issues and ideally will have worked in a formal or financial institute. Strong communication skills are essential for this position.
