Desktop support analyst required to work on customer site you will be responsible for providing effective reports, problem identification, incident management - updating support calls for tracking and reporting purposes, hardware deployments/decommissioning/disposal. Comply to all processes and policies on site. Experience to cover but not limited to: IT, Service Management (banking), ITIL approved, Windows 200/2008 server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS concepts, TCP/IP concepts.
