This role is in support Office 365 deployment/migration.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and resolve post-migration end-user issues: Outlook profile creation failures, Logon failures, Mail routing failures, Calendaring issues, general Outlook 2013 issues
- Analyze and remediate pre-migration end-user issues: missing Active Directory attributes etc.
- Support end-user issues related to migration and cutover of Rooms & Resources and Shared Calendars
- Analyze and resolve Lync Tier II support issues
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- O365 (Exchange Online)
- Outlook 2013
- Active Directory (mail attributes)
- Basic O365 Exchange tenant administration
- Rooms & Resources in Exchange Online
- Shared Mailboxes in Exchange Online
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
Requires 2-5 years of related work experience, or Bachelors degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Desktop Support Analyst and/or Exchange administration is preferred.
