A DeskTop Support Analyst is needed by my client to help support 500 desk tops on their site.
Based in their Doncaster office the DeskTop Support Analyst will be the sole point of contact for all users on site providing 2nd Line DeskTop Support which will include: Hardware, Ghosting, Back Ups, Lap Top Connectivity and day to day user's issues.

The DeskTop Support Analyst will have worked in a similar role supporting a XP/Windows 7 environment. In addition to this the DeskTop Support Analyst will have a good knowledge of hardware support, be familiar with a call logging system such as Remedy, and have an understanding of LAN Infrastructure, Ghosting and performing system back ups.

The DeskTop Support Analyst role will be for an initial period of 3 months at a rate of £13.50 per hour.
