This position will work with the infrastructure team. They are currently running on Office 365 - cloud, so preference would be someone that is familiar with it.
Candidate will be handling:
- Issues with End user experience
- Outlook issues
- Email administration issues
- Active Directory background
- Solid ticket management resolution
- Must be solid resources, motivated to work through issues, not just a 9-5 support person.
- Needs people that are able to identify potential issues and provide suggestions on how they can become more efficient
