My FTSE 100 Client require a desktop support analyst to join their IT team in Amsterdam -Schiphol.

As a desktop support analyst within this team you will be supporting a number of senior managers within the business. It is therefore essential you have experience in providing 1st/2nd line support to a range of stakeholders within a business.

You will be supporting in English however if you do have a good understanding and level of speaking in Dutch this will be beneficial.

The ideal desktop support analyst will have good skills in the following:

Dutch
Windows XP/7
Call logging (ideally Remedy)
Active Directory
Video Conferencing
Office
Remote and face to face support
