Desktop Support Administrator

- 6 MONTH CONTRACT

As a DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST, your role is to be responsible for a variety of tasks with a strong customer care focus. More specifically;

- Desktop Support including SOE installs, application installs, hardware repair, data recovery, hardware installs
- Helpdesk and desktop support to end users, printer support, managing and maintaining Active Directory accounts, mobile phone support, troubleshoot hardware and software installations

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- A minimum of 2-5 YEARS COMMERCIAL experience in a similar IT Desktop Support role.
- Windows 7/8 Troubleshooting
- Desktop application troubleshooting
- Desktop SOE Development
- Scripting
- SCCM Administration
- Application Packaging
