Fortune 500 Client Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist

2nd shift- 3:30pm - 12:00am

This position is for an on-site tech with a large end client - part of a team of techs. The critical issue to filling this role is attendance. This client has had several techs who just don't make the cut because they have been late, called off, etc. They need someone with a strong work ethic to fill the job and be there daily.

Experience Level: (Intermediate, 1 - 3 Years Experience). Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Loading OS system software and data transfer. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. May require an associates degree in a related area or 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Reports to a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

The ideal candidate must be:
* Able to work in a fast paced corporate environment
* Able to work well in a team environment as well as capable of working independently
* Able to lift 40 LBS
* Must have good verbal and written communication skills.*
* This is 2nd shift position from 3:30pm to 12:00am. Monday thru Friday.*

PLEASE NOTE:  The first week of training will be day shift.
