Desktop Support

Urgent requirement for a Support Analyst to join a North Melbourne based company for a 3- 4 month contract working as an onsite providing a strong customer/technical service to a number of different bodies within this client.

Responsibilities include:

- Undertake the support/maintenance of the clients IT networks and facilities including assisting with queries regarding applications, hardware, network access and printing facilities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the client office
- Problem solving and fault reporting including logging, escalation and coordination with team members
- Installation and configuration of desktop hardware and software
- Assist with system administration of the wide-area and secure voice networks and associated facilities
- Development and maintenance of policies, standards and procedures for the operation of the area

Technical skills required:

- Experience working with Microsoft packages
- Network experience
- Hardware experience
- Application support

MUST HAVE NEGATIVE VETTING 1 SECURITY CLEARANCE
