Desktop Support

My client in Athens is looking for a Desktop Engineer for a 3 month contract.

Skills:
*Minimum of 1 year working experience in Windows Desktop support
*Sound technical knowledge in Windows is important
*Good knowledge of Lotus Notes email system is important
*Lotus Notes Desktop Support (version 7 and above) - Proficiency Level 1
*Windows 7r (Basic Administration) - Proficiency Level 1
*Must have good interpersonal skills especially in handling senior management people in Local & English Language

Job Description
*To provide local IT Support to office users by providing local touch services to end users on issues pertaining to IT environment during and post Win7 roll out and will to work and deliver service
*Act as a support contact point for internal IT Support teams
*Provide support & perform activities impacting any Win7 roll out schedule (Incident Cases.) and update the ticket status in SM9
*Coordination within support team whenever required.
*Periodic meetings with offshore support teams.
*Logistics movement of spares to various locations along with Electrolux.
*Good Communication skills - Good Spoken English & Local language is a must.
