FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES 

- Assisting end users with installation and configuration of desktop, laptops, peripheral equipment and applications.
- Work with IS Service desk to determine and resolve problems
- Assist in maintaining LAN (Voice and Data cabling, phones etc.) 
- Help in examination of network and server equipment
- Perform IMAC (mostly desktops)

KEY SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS 

- MCSE
- Remote application and OS deployment skills (Altiris)
- Good communication skills (both English and French would be an added advantage)
