Coordinates desktop support activities. Provides phone desktop and PC/LAN support/consulting services and problem resolution for complex issues. Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems. Troubleshoots complex desktop problems. Specialized training in PC/LAN Technology. Minimum 3-5 years experience. A+ and/or Windows 7 certification strongly desired. Good team and interpersonal skills. Occasion travel to Glenview and Glenview Tech Center required.
