Projektbeschreibung

A desktop Support Engineer/second line/Analyst/is required for a 3 month contract opportunity in Dublin.

A service desk operator, who will be complimenting the existing service desk through the duration of the project to support call volumes.

The Desktop Support/Engineer/Analyst should have excellent customer facing skills, ability to do basic network and PC diagnostics, be literate in Microsoft products and have the ability to diagnose Windows XP and Active Directory issues. The engineer must have good experience in floor walking and used to large environments.

The desktop Support Engineer/second line/will have very strong client facing skills and understanding of ghost/ghosting tools to help support the continued Windows upgrade. The Support Engineer/second line/would have a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role and 2+ years in a customer orientated position.
