Desktop Specialist with Applications Packaging Experience, SCCM

As a SOE Desktop Engineer, be part of a team to deliver services to the greater business. This role requires exceptional customer service skills along with strong problem solving skills.

3 positions are available.

May 2014 - May 2015 - extension options possible.

SKILLS:- - Extensive knowledge and experience developing and supporting the software products used within a Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
- Well developed problem diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of software packaging and deployment.
- Experience with SCCM or similar deployment tool is mandatory.
- Infrastructure Management (responsible for the maintenance of the software SOE across a network)
- Application Packaging and Deployment
- Enterprise anti virus software
- TCP/IP especially DNS, DHCP and WDS.
- management of Dell fault-tolerant network Servers in a Microsoft Windows Server environment.

NICE TO HAVE:- - High level of technical writing skills.
- Experience with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management methodology especially Capacity Management.

Selection criteria required by 28th March.

NV1 clearance and above is a requirement of this position.
