Desktop Site Support Specialist x9 - Brisbane - 12 Mth Contract

Our client is an internationally known IT outsourcer and are currently seeking 9 Desktop Site Support specialists to join their team based in the Brisbane CBD area!

In this role you will be required to be based on a client's site and report to the on-site team leader. Your day-to-day duties will include you in providing first and second level IT support and dealing with any issues that may arise as well as be involved in system integrations and implementations from time-to-time.

To be considered for this role, you will required the following background and experience:

- Previous experience working within a large enterprise organisation providing desktop first and second level support
- Ability to analyse technical problems and provide solutions to various customers face-to-face (and at times over the phone and email)
- Technical understanding and knowledge with various network/desktop operating systems (at a first and second level capacity)
- Previous experience working within a LAN/WAN environment, supporting TPC and PC hardware/networking software
