Desktop Service and Support

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SERVICE AND SUPPORT to join our client in Cupertino, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Acts as first point of contact for the user support.
- Provides day-to-day technical support to all users.
- Builds and configures desktop computers, laptops and/or tablets.
- Assists with the maintenance of print Servers.
- Implements the delivery of PC hardware peripherals and computers.
- Experienced with setting up video equipment and verifying proper connections and operation.
- Installs PC Workstation software, patches/fixes, and upgrades.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Relevant technical training or Associate Degree.
- A+, Microsoft Office Cert, etc. (Desired).
- Two to five (2-5) years of related experience.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
