DESKTOP HELP DESK TECHNICIAN HILLSBORO, OR ONGOING CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED:

- Analyzing desktops, Servers, hardware, software, and operating systems
- Building machines from scripted images
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
- Maintenance of good documentation
- Working with vendors for warranty issues
- Providing support in a standalone and or networked environments
- Collecting requests from customers onsite
- Processing scrap computer equipment
- Knowledge to determine storage media has been removed from various devices (laptops, Servers, desktops)
- Processing equipment for resale
- Shipping and palletizing various electronics
- Asset management with inventory
- Pulling requested inventory off shelf, assigning to specific stockrooms, and placing on appropriate delivery shelf

REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to work an 8am 5pm shift Monday- Friday
- Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license required
- Steel-toed boats required (one time reimbursement if you need to buy a pair before starting)
- Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs.
