GreenLight is currently looking for an experienced Desktop / Field support Engineer withsolid knowledge in design, structure, operation and installation of hardware inMicrosoft environment specifically on Windows XP and 7 OS, ActiveDirectory, Group Policy, SCCM and Windows Servers. This will be a project basedwork in New Zealand.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED:
-Extensiveknowledge of the design, structure, operation and installation of hardware in Microsoft environmentspecifically on Windows XP and 7 OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM andWindows Servers.
-Strongsupport and troubleshooting experience in SOE - XP, Vista, Windows 7
-StrongNetwork troubleshooting and hardware support experience.
-HoldingMCP, MCSE certificate is an advantage.
-Strongwritten and oral communication skills
-A strongbackground in field service operations
-Extensiveexperience in large scale network roll out projects.
