Desktop Engineer - Permanent Opportunity

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their IT support career. My client is a global leader in their industry and require the services of a 2nd level desktop Support Engineer to facilitate and manage the IT environment of their Sydney office.

In return my client will provide you with all the support you need as well career progression within the company as it grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Microsoft Active Directory administration.
- Microsoft Exchange administration.
- Document Management System administration.
- Smartphone support (Blackberry and Iphone)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Active Directory account management
- Microsoft Office 2007
- Microsoft Outlook
- LAW FIRM SPECIFIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (INTERWOVEN ETC)
- MCSE, MCP, CCNA, or other related professional certifications.

SKILL REQUIRED

- Successful candidates must have previous experience supporting IT environment in a law firm
- At least 2-3 years in an IT support role
- Exceptional time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Be able to work in a high pressure environment
