SENOVO IT is urgently looking for a Desktop Engineer urgently required for 12 months + with experience in the following:
Job specification:
Laptop/Desktop - new installation and configuration
Laptop/Desktop - user problem handling
Windows XP/8 troubleshooting/ticket handling
OS patch installation and troubleshooting
MS Lync 2010/2013 installation and troubleshooting for users
Google hang-out and Google suits knowledge and support
This is an English speaking position, knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
