Desktop Computer Technician

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN to join our Client in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides on-site installation, move, add, change (imaging services) service support, installation, configuration and problem resolution in PC/Network environments.

Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of WIN7 file structure.
- Knowledge and support for configuration of Microsoft Office applications including backup and restoration of user files, creation of PST files, setup and configuration of Outlook.
- Ability to diagnose and correct network connectivity issues.
- Experience with imaging software (laptop and desktop).
- Detail oriented with ability to multi task for imaging of multiple system simultaneously.
- Ability to follow detailed technical instruction and provide end user documentation for asset tracking and recording of issues encountered should installation error(s) occur.
- Windows 7 experience.
- Experience with Office 2007, and 2010.
- Networking - TCP/IP, Remote Connectivity VPN.
- Deployment Experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Detailed oriented.
- Customer focused.
- Excellent communication skills.
