If you an experienced Desktop Administrator, with skills of the areas mentioned above and a current clearance, then we want to hear from you!
This is a contract role to start ASAP for 12 months contract
Ideal candidates will have solid Skills and Experience:
2+ years working within help desk
1+ year working in UNIX/Linux server administrator
Expertise in Windows core server infrastructure
Experience with management and troubleshooting Windows desktops
Experience with incident management tools - eg REMEDY or Microsoft SCSM
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Willingness and ability to learn new skills and technology
