Deskside Support Specialist (Secret Clearance)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKSIDE SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Norfolk, VA.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB OVERVIEW:

- This is for a position on the NOC Platform Services Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Active Directory Management
- Remote Troubleshooting Abilities
- Ability to Communicate Technical Information to Peers, Leaders and Project Managers
- Utilize Remedy and Service Manager knowledge ticketing system

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two to four (2-4) years of experience
- CompTIA Security+ Certification REQUIRED for this position
- Experience with remote Break/Fix, Troubleshooting PC, Laptops
- Experience with Remedy or other Service Manager Applications
- Must be able to work any shift
