- Heavy desk-side support experience and prior PC Refresh experience is required.
- Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
SKILLS:
- MUST have PC refresh experience, supporting C-Level Executives, Large corporate experience, and previous video conferencing support (Cisco)
