Deskside/Helpdesk Technician: Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)
The Deskside/Helpdesk Technician will be joining a well-established and respected organisation, looking to expand their support team. The Ideal candidate will have skills in Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange Server and Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)
Technical requirements
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Exchange Server
- Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)
- Desktop Management Tools
- Ticketing System/s (Ideally CA Service Desk)
Non-Technical Requirements
- Dutch Mother Tongue
- Fluent English
- Fluent French
- Recognised qualifications or relevant hands on experience
- Problem solver
- Works well under pressure
- Can manage own schedule
- Willing to travel
Job requirements
- Support 500 European users
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Daily check-up of backups
- Desktop management for all machines
- Manage the IT stock
- Take part in IT Projects
