THE DESKTOP SUPPORT TEAM LEAD WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
- Dutch Speaking
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Minimal 4 years of experience in hardware, software and networking implementation and troubleshooting in a Helpdesk or Deskside Support environment with an emphasis on Apple/Mac support
- Experience supporting Casper for deployments and software management
- Experience supporting Virtual Desktops
- Broad experience in IT related services with basic understanding of Networks, Intel Servers and Telecoms
- Experience including remote control of PCs and video conferencing knowledge
- Handling of Tape Media and basic Back-ups loading and loading techniques
- Imaging of Hardware primarily on windows 7
DURATION: 6-12 months + extension
