Projektbeschreibung

ROLE:

Provide desk site support and mobile device support to client end users. Therefore we need someone with on site, 2nd line direct end user support profile and experience. We are not interested in network/system managers, and we don't need people who gained most of their experience on a (remote) helpdesk

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:

- Solve all HW & SW incident calls which could not be solved remotely (by the service desk)
- Perform Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes & De-installs of user equipment
- Small HW repairs like change of memory, hard-disk, DVD drive etc.
- Good admin skills to register & maintain asset data base
- Windows 7 skills & preferably certified
- Good communication skills
- Stress resistance and responsibility
- Lenovo and/or Dell laptop+desktop HW knowledge
- Ability to work in a small onsite team
- Preferably have experience with Remedy as a Logging Tool

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Good communication and customer service skills. Come to work dressed business casual (no jeans).
- The candidate must have 3-5 years' experience with providing on site end user support in a managed services organization.

LANGUAGE: Fluent in DUTCH and English
